Send out a structured but less restrictive RFQ. The way how a big RFQ is structured, can make a huge difference, in price and performance. Our rule: Limit LSPs creativity as little as possible, never more than necessary. Keep the RFQ as simple as possible, but not simpler than that.

Negotiation and selection

Pay the best price to the best supplier. Find out what the best viable price for a certain service is and then get the supplier you trust most, to make that price for you. Also: Often times it is wise to split traffics between at least 2 service providers, for obvious reasons.
