Every project starts with the same question: what is the most effective and economically sensible way to improve the situation for the client? Not in theory, but in practice. We deliberately avoid building unnecessarily heavy setups. Not every challenge requires a large team, a complex framework or a long project timeline. At the same time, we make sure that the right expertise is brought in where it actually matters. The difference lies in selecting what is needed — and leaving out what is not.

Depending on the situation, this means combining a small, focused core with highly specific expertise. Some of that expertise sits within our existing network. In other cases, we identify and bring in exactly the right people for the task at hand. The goal is not to rely on fixed structures. It is to assemble the right capability for the actual problem.

If a project requires deep operational knowledge in a specific field, that is exactly what is brought in. For example, when working on a road freight P&L, the project should involve someone who has actually managed road operations at a high level. The same logic applies across all areas. We do not generalise where specialist expertise makes the difference.
